Good location near Chagrin River and Chagrin Falls. Excellent independent book store in town!Good restaurants. Grocery store one block away.Welcoming backyard with a great space to sit outside. Comfortable front porch. Ample space for 2 to 4 people. Modern kitchen.As with many older houses, the upstairs runs into the slanted ceilings of the roof. Be careful not to hit your head going up the stairs!Did not provide shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, so bring your own!AC and a window AC unit in the larger bedroom were great for hotter days. For host:The kitchen needs dishtowels and a dishrag/sponge. Small bedroom needs window screen. Please mark the ceiling upstairs, so people are aware not to hit their heads.REcycling instructions would be helpful as there appears to be a recycling bin.

We had a great stay. The place was clean and comfortable and easy to find. Close to town with many great dining options and shopping. We had a busy agenda so we didn't spend a ton of time on site, but everything we needed was there and easy to access. The beds were comfortable and shower was great. The only feature we didn't absolutely love was that the narrow driveway doesn't allow you to turn around so you have to back onto the road to leave. However, it's easy to see, there wasn't much traffic and we never had a problem getting out safely. Would definitely stay here again!
