About this apartment rental
Gloriously faithful to the decade of disco, there is nothing understated about this retro-styled two-bedroomed cottage! The home has been fully refurbished to an exceptional standard, and although facilities are brand new, the cottage is packed with 1970s themed décor, accessories and furnishings.
The bespoke kitchen dining room, with fabulous Catbells feature wall and underfloor heating, is the perfect place to gather with family/friends and recount the days adventures while you cook and dine.The kitchen comes complete with spacious round dining table, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave, and plenty of cupboard/counter space.
There is a lovely sun room overlooking the patio, and ground floor WC.
The living room has two vibrant sofas, electric feature fire and smart TV. The shelving unit houses a selection of books to choose from while you enjoy some relaxation time.
Moving upstairs, to the back of the cottage is the twin bedroom with brand new ensuite shower room. The master bedroom is at the front of the cottage and comes complete with king-size bed, window bench, plenty of storage and a smart TV. Both bedrooms will be made up with luxury white bed linen and fresh towels for your arrival.
Head up the stairs to the second floor and younger visitors will love the little hideaway that awaits, complete with seating, beanbags, games and smart TV.
Many central properties lack parking and outdoor space, but Blue Sky Cottage marries both these valuable facilities with the convenient central location only a stones throw from the vibrant independent shops, cafes, pubs, and restaurants. To the rear of the cottage is a pretty enclosed patio area, a sun-trap for most of the day, with seating so you can enjoy a peaceful breakfast on sunny morning or a glass of wine after a day of exploring.

The cleanliness of the laundry needs to be better for that perfect stay. Towels smelt of dirty water and the bedding had terrible stains.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cottage and would highly recommend it to families or 2 couples. Well stocked, clean and comfortable with well thought out furnishings. Good kitchen for cooking and the extension at the back was great for walking gear and loved the underfloor heating! Very helpful and friendly staff too.

We hope to return (minus the rain) ... but then we knew what we were letting ourselves in for in February I suppose.

Blue Sky cottage was fantastic, great location, bonus of a parking space, secure garden and very spacious for our party of 4 adults and a baby. The location cannot be beaten really and the cottage had everything that was needed to eat in too. The service form the Keswick Cottages staff was brilliant, very helpful all the way from start to finish.
