Escape to your own private Santa Rosa Beach retreat just minutes from the the white-sand beaches of 30A. A luxury single level home, no steps. The spacious 3 bed/3bath with 2 King Suites sets on a rare half-acre lot with 8' privacy fence.
Our style is Modern Farmhouse meets Boho beach vibe with a wow factor "Hallelujah room" aka dining room.

We love our location because it is centrally located. We are in between Seaside/Rosemary Beach and Miramar/Destin. The closest Beach from our house is Ed Walline & Dune Allen Beach. Both public access and free parking (which is a big deal in 30A).
We love that you can see nature out of every window in the house. Lots of trees. We love the vaulted ceilings and the WOW factor of what we call the "Hallelujah room" aka the dining room. It is an entire ceiling of wooden beams and walls of glass looking into our beautiful yard. Truly an oasis. We love that you can be to the Beach, The Bay, Cessna Boat dock,Seaside, Grayton, Rosemary, Miramar, Destin within minutes, but able to retreat back to our idyllic setting of serenity. We love being near the hustle and bustle of all the action/fun, but equally need our down time, and retreat from all the packed fun that tourist season brings:)
We are quick 5 minute car ride or 10 minute bike ride. Our closest beaches (Ed Walline and Dune Allen) Public access/free parking is rare and we have both! Also a FREE shuttle system too. Ed Walline Beach is across street from the famous "Shunk Gulleys" (a MUST eat), and many eatery's/shops/brewery/coffee shop/boutiques. From our house it’s a straight shot on 393, just under 2 miles. Toes in Sand. Water like glass. Life just does not get better.
We have RV and Boat parking in our driveway upon request for additional fee of $200
So sorry, we love animals but no pets allowed on property
Golf cart is not included with home rental.

The Mamallama property was excellent. Everything was exactly as described and perfect for our family of 4. Having 3 full bathrooms was a huge plus. The location allowed us to visit Destin, PCB, or just stay local.

Our family stayed at this wonderful house and loved every bit of it!! We loved that it was directly in the hustle and bustle of all the beach traffic, so it gave us easy access to other areas around us.
The kids loved that they have their own bathroom, a sauna to use, big backyard with a Blackstone grill! They provided so much for us, like beach chairs, toys, a wagon, etc. Oh the golf cart….the kids (and adults) really enjoyed that as well!!
The house didn’t feel like other rentals we have stayed in either - you don’t get that “100K people have stayed here” kind of feel. Feels lives in and cared for! Extremely clean too!
We will be back!
