🌿 Cosy Little Cottage Close to Nature – Perfect for an Active Holiday! 🏡✨
Welcome to our charming 30 sqm little cottage (+ loft) – the perfect retreat for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts! Located next to Ågesta Golf Club, one of Stockholm's best golf courses, you have direct access to fantastic ski trails in winter. When the lake freezes, you can even go ice skating or try ice fishing.
🏊♂️ Swimming & Activities
Just a few hundred metres from the cottage is a beautiful bathing spot, perfect for warm summer days. There is also a tennis court in the area that can be booked.
🛌 Comfortable Accommodation & Smart Design
The little cottage has a cosy loft with two double beds that sleeps up to four adults. Although it may not be ideal for longer stays with four people, it works perfectly if you are comfortable sharing the loft! The loft also has a built-in TV that creates a cosy atmosphere for film nights. There is also a sofa bed on the lower floor.
🔥 Outdoor Feel & Entertainment
Enjoy the fireplace – a perfect place to gather in the evenings, grill food, listen to music and relax under the stars. (The picture of the outdoor area is from when it was new and depending on the season, the appearance varies accordingly.)
🚗 Good Location & Easy Access
A bus stop is right outside the cottage, making it easy to get around. Despite the quiet, nature-rich surroundings, the cottage is still close to Stockholm City, approximately 15-20 minutes by car. The cottage is located near Ågestavägen, where you may hear some traffic during the day, but the nights are usually quiet.
🌿 Activities Year Round
Whatever the season, there is plenty to do! Play golf, cross-country ski, swim in the lake or take a scenic walk to Ågesta Stall, a popular area for birdwatching and nature experiences.
🏡 The cottage is located on the same plot as a larger house that is rented out separately. The smaller cottage is sometimes included when the larger house is booked ✨
Important!
This is a small house and it is not optimal for 4 people even though we approve bookings for 4.
It is forbidden to have more than 4 people at the house and if the rules are misused, you risk having to leave the same day. No parties! However, you can always ask a question if there is anything.
