About this villa rental
Stunning private 4 en-suite + 2 family bedrooms Beach Villa with amazing ocean views in Great Exuma, fully up-dated in December 2025. Consisted of two private and independent Wings united by the private courtyard, tropical garden, hammock relaxing area, new private pool, lounge and BBQ areas with dining table and the grill station.

and modern vacation home offers luxury and comfort, while still embracing the laid back lifestyle of Exuma.
Enjoy the amenities of this modern beach house while gazing at views of turquoise waters from the living room/kitchen area which can be turned into huge open air
private suite by opening the glass sliding doors.
Located on the 2 miles stretch of the most pristine, beautiful and private beach in Exuma, just 5 minutes from Exuma Int Airport.
Ideal for a large family or two families to stay together but with privacy and flexibility, which includes separate entrances, kitchens, family rooms and balconies of each Villa's Wing overlooking the turquoise waters as well as direct access to the pool.
Wind protected and locked private courtyard provides a tropical garden with Palm Trees, refreshing pool, a dining table with 8 chairs, hammock, lounge. Enjoy lunch or dinner at BBQ station, featuring open gas grill and a refrigerator. Perfect place to have fun during the day and certainly on the evening to have a dinner, drinks or play some games.
Take a quick rinse after a refreshing swim to wash off the beach sand in one of 2 outdoor showers, located by each Wing entrance.
East wing first floor contains 2 bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms and a private family room, convertible to a full bedroom.
West wing first floor contains 2 bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms and a family room convertible to an extra 3rd bedroom.
Master suite and Guest suites in both West and East Wings have a king size beds.
Family rooms have a queen size fold out comfort sleeper sofa.
Each room has direct access to the pool and courtyard. High quality inflatable beds are also available for our guests.
Second floor of each wing consist of a fully equipped modern kitchen, half bath and an expansive living and entertainment room with an 300 sq. ft. covered outdoor balcony overlooking the ocean.
The home is cooled by central air-conditioning and ceiling fans for your comfort.
You will find all the modern technology you need to stay connected, including wireless internet and Smart Tv's.
The beach volleyball court is open exclusively for our guests!
2 miles long pristine beach is just 50 steps out of the courtryard's gate and has super white powder sand and very comfortable sea entrance which allows to be safe with kids and launch our kayaks, stand-up boards. Snorkeling gear, life jackets, beach towels and beach chairs are all included.
What is provided in the Villa:
- full set of hotel amenities (liquid soap, shampoo, hand and bath towels);
- fully equipped kitchens;
- laundry room with washer & dryer sets
- paper towels, dishwasher detergent, washer detergent;
- limited quantity of drinkable water as well as water for icemaker in pool villas (can be ordered or purchased additionally);
- gas for BBQ grill;
- bathrobes;
- personal safe box;
- beach towels;
- beach chairs and umbrellas;
- use of kayaks, paddle boards, snorkel equipment, water toys;
- use of sandy playground with beach volleyball court and children playground;
- table games, etc;
- Internet (Wi-Fi)
- a plenty of sun, white sand, turquoise water and friendly local people!
Small Island is about 1 mile off-shore and easily reachable by kayaks during calm weather for full privacy and great snorkeling!
Car rental is highly recommended to navigate Exumas, however there are
taxi services available 24 hours.
Nearest grocery stores and restaurants are about 5-10 minutes driving, main Exuma Food Market is about 15 minutes driving (closed on Sunday).
Our management team will help you with all kind of arrangements (chefs, pre-arrival grocery, baby crib, tours recommendations, etc) before your arrival.

Beautiful home located in a very convenient location in Great Exuma. It is centrally located to easily explore both ends of the island.The beach is literally outside your door and the soft white sand makes for perfect walks. The bar at the end of the beach stretchis amazing and makes walks worth it! The home was decorated first class: the kitchen, the furnishings, the decor and the courtyard were all perfect. The beach chairs and toys were perfect to enjoy a wonderful day on the beach. We will definitely be back again!

We had a wonderful family stay at Casa Del Mare! Great location and setup. We’ve been to Exuma before and this was our favorite home!The location was perfect and close to the airport and where we wanted to be for all the excursions as well as restaurants and shopping. The Villa was fantastically appointed and had everything we needed and beyond. The beach, the pool, the grill area and the views were all perfect.We hope to visit again soon!

Close to the beach. The pool area was protected from the wind. It worked great for 4 couples. Management was quick to respond.

Beautiful place, but nothing works. The location is lovely. The beach is lovely. The pool was lovely. But you can’t get in and out of the doors. Washer works in one side but you have to carry wet laundry outside and around to the other side of the house if you want to put it in the dryer. If you’re staying on one side of the house, you have to go outside and around or through someone’s bedroom or someone’s bathroom in order to get into the other side of the house. There were no screens on the doors or there were holes in the screens of the doors. Luckily, my husband brought duct tape and he was able to fix ours. Couldn’t control the fans when we first got there because there were no batteries in the remote control. We had family in both villas and if you wanted to use your bathroom, you had to go all the way around the house to get to it. Because the doors didn’t open! One brother had to sleep on the hide a bed which was extremely uncomfortable and there was only one shade, so his room was exposed the whole time. We go to the Caribbean every year but this house was annoying & disappointing.
