About this house rental
Modern kitchen with coffee machine, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 x living areas – With TVs, heat-pump/air-conditioning unit, fireplace and indoor/outdoor flow to the back yard. The owners have also kindly provided a kayak, stand up paddle board and life-jackets for guests to use.
Downstairs has the master bedroom with ensuite. Head upstairs to a second living area on the mezzanine floor plus two further bedrooms and bathroom.

Master bedroom: 1 x King bed + ensuite
Upstairs
Bedroom 2 - 1 x Queen bed
Bedroom 3 - 1 x King bed (can be split into 2 x Single beds on request)
(If you require the split-king to be made as 2x Single beds, please let us know at least 7 days prior to arrival)
House Rules and Information:
Parking: off street parking space available for 2 vehicles
Security Cameras: There are security cameras set up at the exterior of the property for security purposes. There are no cameras inside, or pointing at the outdoor sitting area.
Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels.
Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.
No parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
This is a smoke/vape and pet free property

Modern sun drenched warm and clean accommodation.Great location only 5-minute walk to Lake.Only issue was Wi Fi is very patchy did not have enough band width to load Sky Sport Now app. Only movie app that worked without buffering was Netflix.
