Enjoy this welcoming apartment ideal for couples, located in the heart of Málaga, with easy access to train, metro and buses that connect you quickly with the entire city and the Costa del Sol. With an area of 45 m², this tastefully furnished accommodation offers a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a bright living-dining room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a bathroom with a shower tray. The living room stands out for its large double-glazed windows that guarantee natural light and sound insulation for your rest. In addition, the apartment has air conditioning and heating for your comfort in any season.
The building has a lift and a lovely communal swimming pool on the top floor, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. You also have the option of parking in the same building for an additional cost per night (consult with the agency).
Please note that the swimming pool is for communal use and its availability is subject to the rules, dates and times established by the community of owners, and may vary depending on the season or internal decisions.
The location is unbeatable: just 900 m from María Zambrano train station and El Perchel metro, a few metres from urban and provincial bus stops, and very close to shopping centres such as Larios and El Corte Inglés, plus local shops that invite you to discover authentic Málaga life. From here, you can plan train excursions to Fuengirola or by bus to any point in the province.

We stayed for 3 weeks end of April through early May. Enjoyed the property very much. We were a 10 minute walk to our daughter’s condo and a 2 minute walk to bus/train station. About a 25-30 minute walk to El Centro but did this almost every day. The condo itself was perfect. Just the right size- soundproof windows with blackout shutters. All appliances including a washer/dryer combo. Drying rack was also provided. The train station had a great grocery store (Mercadona) and a shopping mall with movie theater. Pool on the upper deck was lovely- no seating but we brought a blanket up for a picnic. (Not heated until summer). My only wish would be for better communication from Cubo. I had a lot of unanswered questions the week before. Luckily our local host, Cristina, contacted us 2 days before our flight and actually met us late at night the day of arrival- she was fantastic. We most likely will try to stay here again next year. I guess that says it all. 5 star rating in our book.
