WOW! So COOL! This NEW SUITE Located in the OLD FLORIDA COTTAGE is perfectly updated in a great location! It has in room kitchenette with sink, mini fridge, & coffee maker. Nice sitting Front Porch and a front bay window with sitting desk. Directly accross the street is Publix, Waffle House, Beach Liquors & the start of the Brooks Bridge. The SUITE is located in the heart of downtown Fort Walton Beach & You can walk to Parlor Donuts, Burrito Del Sol, Alis, Boardroom, & so much more!

It was a wonderful little place for me and my husband to stay,we enjoyed our first time on vacation with out our boys we are becoming empty nesters.it was a great time for us close to the beach and shopping and so much more thank you

Great location, close to beaches. Within walking distance to shops. Favorite place for brunch/lunch…. Food trucks in the old car wash next to the library. Great repurposing of the space. Took some pictures of the repurposed area, very cute, friendly area.Thank you for an excellent visit and the smooth process

Jared was a wonderful host and answered all my questions. The place was clean, quaint, and quiet. The room was well appointed and had extra touches for those unfamiliar with the area or those having forgotten beach gear! I liked the products in the bathroom as well.

Neighborhood wasn’t the greatest and noisy in the mornings. There also was no chairs to sit inside
