About this house rental
**NO CLEANING FEE!!!** In a quaint setting sits this beautiful cottage in downtown Auburn. It is nestled among the trees right across from Amsterdam Cafe with a beautiful lawn and walkway out front. The cottage has everything you need for a quick trip to the Plains. As you enter the home you are in the open living area with a custom gourmet kitchen. The bedroom has a king bed (*NEW AS OF FEBRUARY 2026*) and the bathroom is immaculate. For extra sleeping a retractable ladder staircase is an easy pull down from the ceiling up to your lofted queen bed. If you have extras the full size sleeper sofa is a perfect spot.
The bathroom is only accessible through the bedroom.
The kitchen has marble countertops, a full refrigerator, full oven, microwave, and plenty of dishes and cutlery. The full washer and dryer are right off of the kitchen.
You won't find anything else like this in Auburn!

Absolutely great experience, beginning to end. The property is beautiful, well equipped and located well to take advantage of all things Auburn. The host was responsive and communicated very well. Five stars, no reservations and definitely will look to stay again.

The space was beautiful and very clean! It was a nice, quiet area. Ryan was super helpful and quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this place to other guests!
