Cozy, breezy 1 bedroom apt. on serene grounds with pastoral vistas, cradled by hills. Sunny living area, dining and kitchenette, 1 bath. 2 covered porches. From bedroom a few steps to pool and cabana surrounded by swaying palms.

Note this is not 1 minute walk to Protestant Cay or downtown Christiansted - it's 5 minutes drive. Either a rental car or taxi services are needed. Best to follow detailed directions to property given by host after booking rather than google map!!

Sandra's property was clean, with a very comfortable bed, conviently located and had lots of ammnenities. Sandra is very friendly and accomodating. I will be back!

My host was charming and always available for anything I needed. If you communicate with her about anything she’s there to make it better. Loved the pool and the breeze and the quietness outside. Charming. It was island life perfection.

Initially, we had some difficulty finding the home, but she was one call away and answered immediately. She helped us navigate our way there. She was pleasant and so nice. The place was quiet and away from the busy area. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was a nice getaway and the host was great!

Sandra welcomed us upon our arrival, which is always nice for an owner to do. The pricepoint of the property is accurate.
Providing us with drinking water and condiments was a nice touch. The mattress and bedding were very good. We understand with the weather in this part of the world it is quite difficult to keep any home in the islands properly maintained. We chose not to bring to Susan's attention during our stay certain elements of the rental we found annoying because we felt there was nothing that she could do about them while we were there for 3 nights. 1. The kitchen fan motor is old, noisy and needs replacing. 2. The refrigerator compressor is wearing out, is quite loud during regular operation and makes a loud clunking noise upon turning on and off. 3. The full grown dogs are not "puppies" and enjoy being barking guard dogs evertime someone walks past the home - 6am in the morning, afternoons and at night. 4. The interior stucco walls were blistering & peeling in some spots.
The pictures in the listing do not reflect the "aging" of the unit but we do believe with a little new investment into the property it would again become a very nice rental.
