About this cottage rental

2 level stand alone guest cottage on Union River Bay. 14miles to Acadia National Park Visitors Center. Watch great sunsets or walk the beach. 20 minutes to Bar Harbor, Southwest Harbor or Northeast Harbor. Great room concept with queen and single bed, sitting area and gas fireplace. Kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and Keurig. Three quarter bath with tile shower. Kitchen and bathroom on first floor. Living and sleeping is upstairs.

Beautiful property. Gorgeous sunsets. Thoughtful touches. Close to Acadia, yet far enough away to have your own sunset and no crowds! We watched seals abs porpouse hunt from the yard. Walking the shore line and collecting searching for treasure was a relaxing way to spend some time. Hosts were very responsive to any questing we had. We would highly recommend if you're not expecting an inside couch or recliner, outside seating comfortable, fire area nice - bed was very comfortable, view spectacular, long body pillows appreciated.

This property was perfect for our entire stay.....did not want to stay at a hotel or a house that was in the middle of a remodel. This was our private oasis on the water. Extremely quiet and peaceful. It was close to all the local restaurants and eateries....i hope to return and stay here on my next visit. Thank you Doug and Nickii.......Cheers.
