The condo was clean and well equipped in the kitchen. We had plenty of towels and it was helpful that there was a starter roll of toilet paper and paper towels. The view is amazing from the room and the boardwalk view is magical. We had excellent service when the garbage disposal quit working—repaired within an hour. We did not give 5 stars though, because the beds were terribly saggy and creaky.

We loved the room and beach access. Things that bothered us during our stay was the construction being done outside that was extremely loud daily and the fact that the exterminator showed up to spray our unit for bugs while we were there. We did not have bugs and none of this would stop us from staying here again.

location was perfect. Our view from Balcony was beautiful. the building and pool were clean and nice I would not recommend our Unit. The sliding door practically impossible to operate. First bath sink drained extremely slow . Bedroom two mattress lumpy and loud creeping noise Living room area rug was dirty as wellas sofas
