About this house rental

The stylish holiday home Seebruck is located within walking distance of the beautiful Lake Chiemsee. The 2-storey property impresses guests with its modern decor and excellent location and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms. The house can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dryer, cable television, a children's bed and a highchair. In your private outdoor area you will find a garden, an open terrace and a barbecue. Start your morning outside on your furnished terrace and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere of the area. Within 6 minutes walking you will reach shops, bars, restaurants, cafes and a bakery. The nearest supermarket is located a 10-minute walk from the house (850 m). The Strandbad Chiemsee beach awaits your visit 8 minutes away on foot (700 m) where you relax under the sun and admire the stunning scenery. This is the perfect accommodation for nature and sport enthusiasts as the area boasts many walking trails and cycling paths as well as beautiful scenery.



Parking spaces are available on the property.

Pets are allowed upon request (1-2 dogs are allowed).

A bicycle rental is located directly opposite.

The tourist tax is 80 cents per day per adult and 40 cents per day per child and is paid locally at the host.

Pros: Schöne geräumige Unterkunft mit sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche in guter Lage. Fliegengitter vorhanden und sehr wichtig, da zumindest dieses Jahr vielleicht auch nur wegen der feuchten Witterung sehr viele Stechfliegen unterwegs waren
