Your Home Away From Home in Pensacola

Whether you’re in Pensacola for a 13-week travel nursing assignment, temporary work placement, military assignment, or an extended stay, our cozy 900-square-foot cottage gives you a comfortable place to come home to after a long day.

Sleeping:
Both bedrooms feature new Ashley memory-foam mattresses that are firm yet comfortable, with cotton sheets for a good night’s sleep. A queen-size air mattress is also available for a 5th guest and can be set up in the living room.

The home is cozy and intentionally furnished to make the most of its 850 square feet. The kitchen and bathroom are smaller, but the furnishings were carefully selected to fit the space and make it comfortable and livable.

Kitchen & Coffee:
The kitchen is fully stocked with the cookware, dishes, utensils, and essentials you’ll need to prepare a home-cooked meal. Just bring your groceries!

You’ll also have a fully stocked coffee bar with a Keurig for convenient single-serve coffee.

We’ve stocked the home with cleaning supplies and many everyday necessities, so you won’t have to make a store run every time you need something small. Spend more time relaxing and less time shopping.

Laundry:
On-site laundry is available exclusively for guests. The laundry room is conveniently located just outside the kitchen door.

Parking & Outdoor Space:
The home is located on the outside edge of an older Pensacola neighborhood. It is a budget-friendly home in a blue-collar neighborhood, and we want guests to know that upfront so expectations are clear. While the neighborhood reflects the home’s affordable price point, the cottage itself is cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained.

There is a covered carport for one vehicle, plus plenty of additional space to park a couple more cars.

The backyard borders a middle school, meaning there are no residential neighbors directly behind the property, which gives the backyard a more open and private feel.

Location:
You’ll be less than 2 miles from Navy Point and Mahogany Mill, where you can launch a boat and enjoy easy access to the water. Lakewood Park is also nearby, with space for kids to play as well as an area to launch kayaks and paddleboards. A fishing pier, golf course, and other local amenities are all within easy reach.

For traveling medical professionals, the location also provides convenient access to HCA Florida West Hospital, Ascension Sacred Heart, Baptist Hospital, and other Pensacola medical facilities.

Your Space:
You’ll have the entire home to yourself. We keep one closet locked for owner supplies, but otherwise the home is completely yours during your stay.

Easy Self Check-In & Local Support:
A coded key box allows for convenient self check-in, so there’s no need to coordinate an in-person meeting. Communication is handled through the app, and we’re very responsive when guests need us.

If something needs attention during your stay, we also have a local maintenance man and handyman available nearby to address issues promptly.
