About this apartment rental

Beautifully decorated with classic charm, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home provides a welcoming atmosphere. Soak in the tranquil bayou views from the inviting front porch. House rules:
1. You must be 21 or older to book this home and all other guests must be 18 or older or accompanied by a parent or guardian.
2. Check-in is at 4 pm. Checkout is at 10 am. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.
3. Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence without express written consent. Please contact us if you are booking within your city.
4. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on balconies and in shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a $250 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages.
5. Commercial photography/videography without written consent, Illegal activity, prostitution, and possession of firearms is strictly prohibited.
6. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.
7. Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy will result in a fine of $250. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
8. No third-party bookings. The person booking the unit must also be part of the group staying in the unit.
9. Screaming Reel Properties may use video surveillance in outside public areas for security purposes.
10. Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service. Unreported damages will be deducted from the security deposit.
11. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses.

The home was comfortable. The backyard was very nice, with a pergola that had lights that came on automatically and two outdoor seating areas. Water pressure in the showers was very good. The covered front porch was a nice place to sit. I felt safe walking in the neighborhood. It was nice to have televisions in each of the bedrooms. Check in was very smooth.
