This is a very lovely home in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. We had a girls get away weekend to celebrate a birthday and the house had absolutely everything we needed. It is everything that is shown in the listing, and then some! It's immaculate, comfortable, with a very well stocked kitchen and generous starter provisions in the kitchen, laundry and bathrooms. Very comfortable beds, bedding and pillows in each sleeping space. There are eight beach chairs in the garage, floats, boogie boards, fishing nets, pails and shovels for the beach, a huge cooler - pretty much anything you might need for fun in the sun! We did bring our own umbrellas to provide us some shade, but there is even a pop up tent in the garage! We really appreciated the golf cart for taking everyone with their chairs and coolers to the beach walkway, and we parked the golf cart nearby at the pool. Do note that once you reach the walkway, you still have a good five minute walk before you hit that gorgeous white sand beach! We loved taking the bikes out for a spin and loved relaxing on the screened in porch. The property manager was very responsive to any questions I had, quickly resolved the one issue that popped up and provided an excellent welcome guide that had all of the information we needed about the house. There are several videos that are part of the guide, and they were very helpful. We would happily return to this home again and would highly recommend it to others!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house was clean and spacious. The community did not feel crowded at all which was very nice. The walk to the beach was easy -- it felt like our own private beach! Not many people gorgeous white sand and turquoise water. Having a golf cart was great, as were the other amenities (towels, chairs, beach toys, etc.). It would be nice for the host to stock a wagon for families staying in the future. We enjoyed the pool, too. 10/10 would love to stay here again!

Beautiful home in an incredible neighborhood. Communication with owner & property manager was excellent. We come to the area 2-3 times annually; and this has been a favorite!
