About this house rental
Have fun with the whole family! Conveniently located between WV State University and Shawnee Soccer Complex. Walk to the soccer fields or to WVSU's ball fields. Close to restaurants, easy access to the interstate, grocery and shopping nearby. Nicely updated, well stocked and waiting for you. Main floor bedroom with queen daybed, two bedrooms upstairs with one queen bed in each. Stackable washer and dryer on main level, well stocked kitchen with a gas range, microwave, full size refrigerator and keurig coffee pot, toaster and blender. Off street parking and check yourself in with the digital keypad.

The house was very nice and had all the amenities you could need. It was great to have access to a washer and dryer and full kitchen. Parking was also a breeze. There isn't much nearby with regard to shops or restaurants, but that was obvious on the map, so we were prepared. The host was very responsive to messages. We had one issue that came up in the evening, but it couldn't be resolved at that time. The central AC doesn't cool the upstairs too well, but each upstairs bedroom and the bathroom have window units. One of the bedroom AC units was not cooling and it just happened to be a warm time of year. I'm sure it will be fixed soon. Some of the living room furniture could use replacing due to sinking/sagging, but there was plenty of seating to choose from. Overall, the location and amenities worked out well for us.

The property is a great place. 2 upstairs bedrooms and 1 down stairs between the kitchen & living room (stacked washer/dryer shares this room & believe me really don't notice). Dinning room is great for meals & family games. The property is well kept and in a nice quiet location. Family went for walks around the near by WV State campus. Shawnee complex is close by. Since I have family all through the area, this will be my first choice for booking.

Lovely house just where we needed it for our granddaughter graduation. Quite quirky everything you need. Stayed 7 days not a quite house for our stay next door being pulled down owner moving a mobile home from the property over 2days Very helpful when we were locked out. The entrance seating could do with a little TLC we cleaned the chairs and bbq to be able to use them. But good place to stay
