I grew up in Albany and knew this street, it has changed from single family homes to apts. mostly. It was quiet which was great. The house is old but the renovation was nice. Back porch entry - porch needs attention for sure.
Memory foam mattress was very comfortable. Kitchen was great and well equipped. Bathroom is small and could use shelf for toiletries, as there is no place to set things except for on the sink. These are just constructive criticisms, I would definitely go back and I highly recommend this property.

Place was pretty clean and nicely appointed. The windows didn't really work and didn't have screens so the time we spent there was difficult due to the fluctuating weather/temperature. The yard was very weedy and the porch was falling apart. Kitchen was spacious and nice, the bed was also nice and the pull out couch was pretty good too. Overall not bad but the place needs a deep clean and the windows need to be fixed and screened. Nice TVs. Great neighborhood!
