Beautiful home, very up and down with lots of stairs. Usually not an issue for us as we’re active and fit but the spiral staircase to top master is a challenge with luggage! You can see the ocean from the two side porches. Nice but a reach a bit:) would stay again! Loved rosemary. An ideal location for us on bikes.

This house was lovely and clean, and we had a wonderful trip! Access to the beach and pool were both so easy, and there is ample parking for 2-3 cars, though it is tight underneath the house. There is no traffic getting in-and-out of this neighborhood, which we appreciate! The beach view is best enjoyed from the master suite (maybe add a second chair up on that balcony). The private beach is a huge plus! There are plenty of puzzles to keep you busy all week, and some games in the hall closet, which we enjoyed. The grill was also in working order, and we were able to grill out twice.One thing we noticed when we arrived was that the rental includes a beach umbrella and chairs, which would have been helpful to know beforehand. It would also be nice to include the walking/driving distance to some area restaurants and shops that you recommend, to get us acclimated to the area. Our biggest critiques are that the shower head in the master bath has very low pressure; we expected it to be a little nicer based on the rest of the house. Also, the living room furniture was not very comfortable and a little tight; we had to sit just so to fit our five people, so a larger crowd would have trouble for games or movies at night. Finally, there were no tissues included and very thin toilet paper.
