This home is what lake front living is all about. It is on a private cul-de-sac perfect for families. Enjoy boating all day on Lake Norman on stay and relax on over 100 ft of your own private beach. Home includes fun water equipment like fishing poles, tubes, skis, and life jackets. The views in this home are amazing, you will not get them anywhere else. Floor to ceiling windows state of the art appliances is perfect for entertaining. Enjoy a book or a cocktail on 3 private looks out points. This home is the perfect family vacation and a very rare find. If you want to escape the peaceful country life you are a short 30-minute drive to Charlotte. This is perfect home for an executive as the Wi-Fi has access points accessible throughout the entire property.

Samantha’s House was pure bliss!The house is located in a serene area on Lake Norman in a peaceful neighborhood. The views were breathtaking from all angles of the house. The windows provide such amazing views! We will miss the house! The beds were comfy and we also had everything we could imagine in the kitchen for preparing meals. We felt very at home . The pool is wonderful and the hot tub was also an added bonus. The music system, Sonos, was a highlight for all ages. Samantha, the owner, was a wonderful hostess and so patient and kind throughout our stay with everything. She was amazing and so quick to respond to our questions. We loved our stay ! Thank you for sharing your gorgeous home!
