Centrally located, it is only a 5 minute walk to Alberta Street, which is full of restaurants, coffee shops, pubs/bars, and charming quirky shops; a 7 minute walk to beautiful Wilshire Park; and a 10 minute walk to New Seasons grocery store. Downtown Portland is only a 10 min drive, and there is a bus stop 1 block away.
