The 70m² apartment is on the first floor of the Chasa Sur Chafarrer in Guarda. The house is situated very peacefully slightly outside the village. From the balcony you have a magnificent view of the Lower Engadin Dolomites and the unique stone pine forests of the Lower Engadin. The attic apartment, furnished with great attention to detail, radiates a cosy atmosphere, so you will feel right at home! The dining table in the kitchen or the sofa landscape in the living room invite you to linger over a glass of wine and good conversation.



The Volg and the post office are located in the village centre (approximately 400m away). Guarda is accessible from Guarda/Giarsun railway station by post bus. From Guarda you can undertake beautiful ski tours into Val Tuoi. The Motta Naluns ski area is accessible by car from Ftan in 15 minutes. The access road is regularly cleared in winter, but depending on snowfall and road conditions, snow chains or 4×4 drive are advantageous. A pick-up service from the railway station can be arranged. In summer, the whole of Lower Engadin offers beautiful walks, whether short or long. Popular is the walk from Guarda into Val Tuoi to the beautiful Lai Blau or the Schellen-Ursli walk for young and old.
