Breathtaking views of sun, surf and sand! This non-smoking 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo located on the 3rd floor was beautifully renovated in 2019. All modern appliances/features and updated, luxurious furnishings make your stay comfortable and help you feel pampered. Wake to an amazing sunrise over the gulf every morning from your private balcony. The soothing sound of ocean waves lull you to sleep at night and beckon you to the beach during the day. The Tiki Condominium complex has 2 large pools that are heated during the winter and are surrounded by lush landscaping. The Tiki Condominium complex has no elevators, and only has three floors (Each flight has 14 steps).

*The Tiki Condominium complex has outdoor camera's throughout the complex to insure our registered guests, with rental agreements, are safe and secure.
*Each of our condos have exterior camera's actively recording the entry and exit doors for your safety. If you have any questions, please contact the owner.

This property wax very nice. If 1 out of 10 I will give 8 the only reason is because towels. We are the type of people that don’t use the same towels twice. We had to wash which that was conveniently on the property. We wenr and brought more towels to match the bathroom. Overall hands down a very beautiful property, no issues, ocean right there and the owner was very responsive!

True, the property is on the beach…however the balcony and main view looks over a Courtyard hotel pool and 90% of the beach view is obstructed by their huge pavilion. The property is maintained nicely. Very quiet and a nice pool with plenty of seating. Easy walk to the beach. Up & down to the 3rd floor wasn’t a problem. The kitchen and appliances were very good. The bathroom was spacious and towels were great. We would recommend this unit to friends and family. SPI is a great destination.

Loved the place. It was perfect for what we were looking for. Close to the beach. Being able to get drinks at the bar right next door was a plus.
