About this house rental
This home is newly remodeled and ready for your company! This is a perfect home for a family trip, or a group of friends. This unique home sits on a private acre lot, surrounded by farm land. It’s less than 2 miles from town but still is remote enough to feel like you have privacy. The large private yard is a great place for holding get togethers. We provide a bbq, patio chairs and tables, corn hole yard game and horse shoes. Propane fireplace, bbq grill and yard games are only available for use Memorial Day- Labor Day. If you happen to be hosting an event of any sort, please let us know upon booking. We have great resources and connections for events, activities and businesses that could help :) we have 4 bedrooms, 3 king beds, and 1 queen bedroom. There’s a large sofa upstairs and 1 large sofa downstairs if you need additional bedding for the couches PLEASE request this prior to check in so we can make sure to have everything ready for you.

Had a great stay.Just a general word of advice to ALL vrbo people. ALWAYS check the stove when you enter a house:).Someone had left the stove knobs "not off" and we came into the house and thought it was a dead animal in the premisis and just open all windows and doors. Eventually found out it was the gas stove that hadnt been turned off and the smell was of propane gas. The hosts were very prompt in replying to our concerns and were very concerned about the smell and our well being..they had shared phone numbers so we could connect with them 24/7.The area is beautiful and peaceful. The location is perfect. Not too far and not too close the the main street and attractions. Will reccommend the listing to anyone and may even be back again un the fall or next year.

The layout of this was perfect for a family of 5 with older teen/young adult children - everyone had space to spread out. Bonus was seeing the herd of elk that traveled right through the yard (like 30 elk!). The rental is clean, but could use a good DEEP clean. I would still stay here again.

Perfect retreat for families or groups. We stayed here with two toddlers, and the property worked very well for our needs. The home is well-maintained, comfortable. The host was helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the modern, well-appointed kitchen, which made it easy to prepare our own meals. This was our first time staying at this home, and we had a great experience. We would consider staying here again in the future.

The property was nice and had a lot of bedrooms but it NEEDED A DEEP CLEANING. We liked the country setting and loved seeing elk. The grill was filthy and without propane. There were tripping hazards in the living room, cobwebs and live spiders / flies all over. The beds were comfortable.
