The location is amazing. We took the metro and the exit is just a 2-mins walk to the entrance of the Hotel. The hotel also provides directions which is super convenient. The check-in was so smooth, and fortunately, our room was ready at 10am in the morning and we are able to check-in super duper early. The staff was amazing, and they are super helpful, answering any question or request you have through WeiXin (WeChat). Also if you are able to use Meituan, this hotel has the robot that brings the food to your room directly! The staffs can also converse in English, which we were so relieved as our Chinese were so elementary. The room is also super modern, with techy stuffs as this is Shenzhen! There's automatic curtains and blinds, and you can control the lightings with the console on the bedside table. We also used the free laundry machine they provide on the hotel top floor, and it was really helpful that you can check the progress of your laundry in your own room through the TV. The hotel is also just a 10-mins powerwalk to the Dongmen Pedestrian Street for all the shopping you need.
The breakfast spread could offer more Halal cuisines.

Location is not bad, close to the train station, the size of the room us fair.
Full of smoke smell although they mentioned the whole building is non-smoking, we also saw one of the people even smoking inside his room (And opening the door!!!!). The carpets on the corridor are so dirty, you can even see the dirty marks everywhere!!!!
we found some hairs on the floor of our shower room..........................

The location is ok, close to 2 subways line. Line 1 and line 5
The old looking buildings, the smell of the plcce,, the
Elevator is so dirty and looks like in need of total renovation. In term of interior.. i think because the wether it's so humid during summer months and the fact that the bldg itself looks so old, the smeell cpuldn't be avoiding...
