With 4 bedrooms (7 beds) and 4 bathrooms you will have plenty of space to sleep up to 13 guests—making it a perfect trip for families and friends. There is a hot tub, pool table, a GOLF pad, cornhole and tons of games (Spike Ball, Can Jam and more) to take your stay to the next level.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Main Floor, Bedroom 1: 1 queen, with en-suite bathroom.
Upstairs, Bedroom 2: 1 king (with walkout view); shared bathroom with bedroom 3
Upstairs, Bedroom 3: 1 queen, 1 full; shared bathroom with bedroom 2
Basement, Bedroom 4: 1 queen, 1 twin. With en-suite bathroom (shared with sofa sleeper guests)
Basement living room: Brand new, comfortable, queen sized sofa sleeper.
—We offer plenty of parking for our guests, including a detached 2 car garage if needed-so parking your boat/jet ski’s wont be a problem.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Each bedroom offers a large closet. New mattresses, and comfortable pillows.
Fast and reliable Wi-Fi. 4k Roku sticks for streaming options. Plenty of cell service. Tons of board games to enjoy, including brand new Cornhole boards located in the building beside the hot tub. A full size pool table is located in the basement. Kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal, (including a Keurig) and each bathroom is stocked with a start up amount of toilet paper (larger groups will likely need to stop and get more). Washer and dryer located on main level.
Gas grill located on the upper deck, as well as a brand new 6 person hot tub on the lower deck. Let’s not forget about our unique Golf Pad! For once it will be enjoyable to watch your ball splash down into the water.

My family had a great experience! Easy check-in, house was very clean, and the deck had amazing views! Great gated outdoor space for our pups. Made such great memories. Definitely recommend.

The cabin is perfect!It is clean, the beds are super comfortable & it has everything you need to feel like home.The view is fabulous & the entire property being fenced in is perfect for our fur babies! They had a blast being able to run around on their own!We will definitely be coming back!

This is a very comfortable property with a lot to offer. While it is an older, lived in home, it was very clean, quiet, and has a wonderful view overlooking the river. We found the house to be well stocked with everything we needed and Corey was quick to respond to the couple of questions we had. I think the addition of a firepit space would be wonderful for this home, but we had a great time playing cornhole and enjoying the view from the deck!
