We traveled to Paris with our two teenage boys. This apartment suited our needs perfectly. Our boys did share the guestroom bed, and it was fine for them. I thought the beds were very comfortable. There was only one comforter, though, and some of the nights were a little bit chilly while we were there.It was very close to public transportation. That was very easy to manage. We got all over the city from this location and it was nice to come back to a quieter part of town at the end of the evening.Very cute grocery stores, pastry shops, and coffee shop nearby.Some challenges that we had, others may not, were as follows.The key to get into the apartment is different from what we have in the United States. Just know that turning the key once will not get you into the apartment. You will have to turn two full clicks and then a half turn to get into the apartment. Once we figure that out, it went very smoothly after that.We struggled with the hot water the first day. But we also managed to figure that out as well. The hot water heater is above the sink in the kitchen, and it wasn’t turned on when we got there. Instructions on that would have been nice so we didn’t have to bother the host.We also never managed to find a garbage can in the apartment. We ended up making makeshift garbage cans with bags that we had from the grocery store.We loved having our windows open and having the air flow through the apartment and hear the sound outside.Overall, we would recommend!

The host was very responsive and responsable in dealing with a problem that arose with our check in. The overall cleanliness and provisioning of towels and such things is a good step short of what we find comfortable.
