About this apartment rental
The completely renovated and finely furnished apartment is located on the first floor of the famous Palazzo dello Spagnolo. The monumental Palazzo entrusted to the art of the noble Neapolitan architect Ferdinando Sanfelice, built in 1738, is considered one of the major points of interest in the historic center of Naples and in the Sanità district in which it is located. Its monumental double flight staircase with hawk wings leaves the observer fascinated every time. The exclusive apartment has an elegant entrance, three spacious double bedrooms, two of which with en-suite bathroom and the other with a bathroom adjacent to it, a double living room overlooking a lovely internal terrace with an outdoor kitchen with table. and chairs, ideal for spending dinners in the open area or fresh breakfasts away from the chaos of the city. The sofa bed in the living room is a real king size bed with great comfort. The kitchen, over 30 square meters, is characterized by a wonderful masonry structure with finely decorated tiles equipped with all appliances from the coffee pod machine to the dishwasher. The house is equipped with all comforts, smart TV, free wifi, comfort mattress, independent hot and cold air conditioning, washing machine / dryer. 200 unique square meters, all available to guests. Nearby there are numerous points of interest, places to visit, the National Archaeological Museum, the fintanelle cemetery, the catacombs of sangennaro, the house of the great Prince of laughter, Totò, churches and much more. everything is also well connected to public transport, at least two metro stops within a 5-minute walk. Enjoy the energy of "Spanish" take care of it and you will be welcome.
In the case of bookings with only 2 guests, in case of need for separate beds, in order to accommodate the request it must be communicated 2 days before arrival.
Otherwise, a different arrangement of the beds cannot be guaranteed.
City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 14 nights

Arrival between 21:00 and 23:00 is subject to 15 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 23:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.

Very good location - half a block (uphill) to the main road. Nice bedrooms and baths, good WiFi. Host was excellent and had great recommendations!

This place felt palacial! It was clean and beautiful. Definitely spacious. The neighbourhood was the opposite, it's the old Spanish quarters which are unclean, and very populous, but that's the charm. The community life is amazing, and you get a great view of it walking around the neighbourhood, or looking over your balcony. Only problem was there were "light switches" we couldn't figure out. We didn't think anything of it, but we ended up unknowingly turning off the fridge overnight and spoiling some food. Hopefully that won't be a problem anymore as I've communicated with the manager the need to label and to explain this dream check-in process so hopefully that'll be fine for the next people. The keyless entry system was easy as we were given a code which made it easier for different people in our party to come and go. I would totally stay there again.

The area is a little sketchy. Using the electronic locked door into the appt is a little difficult, you have to follow instructions and the key is for the complex doors not the door into the appt. The dryer needs to have water removed in order for it to work. The property is spacious and comfortable

Huge apartment in a beautiful historic building in a great location. WiFi did not work in the bedrooms. Bathrooms smelled of sewer gas. Coffee machine had no instructions and there were only 4 pods for us for 4 nights. Ended up buying a mocha pot and coffee…several of the outlets did not work. There were no towels in the kitchen. The host contacted us through MyBnB? I was expecting to communicate through VRBO…
