About this villa rental
Modern, detached villa of 150 m² with a beautiful swimming pool and a large, fully enclosed garden, secured by an automatic gate. Located between the sea and the mountains, facing south, 10 minutes from the medieval village of Tourrettes-sur-Loup and 30 minutes from the nearest beaches. Nice Airport is 30 minutes away. Nearby you will also find Grasse, the perfume capital, Opio with its golf course, and the Gorges du Loup for refreshing swims. Also nearby are Nice and Antibes (30 minutes), Cannes (40 minutes), Monaco (1 hour), Saint-Tropez (1 hour 45 minutes), and the Mercantour National Park for beautiful hiking, the picturesque villages of Saint Paul de Vence, La Colle sur Loup. In Tourrettes sur Loup you will find all amenities: butcher, bakery, greengrocer, mini-market, doctor, pharmacy, many quality restaurants.
For the nearest supermarkets: Carrefour and Leclerc in Vence and La Colle sur Loup.
Numerous activities are available nearby: Road cycling and mountain biking, paragliding, canyoning, horseback riding.

The house comprises a large, air-conditioned living room with a comfortable six-seater leather sofa and a large-screen TV, opening through large French doors onto a terrace shaded by an awning; a dining room with a wood-burning stove; and an open-plan kitchen also opening onto the terrace. There is a separate toilet at the entrance. Fully equipped open-plan kitchen with American-style refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and SodaStream sparkling water maker. On the same level: A master suite with a large dressing room, king-size bed (180x200 cm), and bathroom with a large walk-in shower and double vanity. Separate WC. Upstairs: Two beautiful bedrooms with large closets, separate WC, and bathroom with bathtub and double vanity. First bedroom: queen-size bed (160x200 cm).
