About this apartment rental
This is a newly renovated private studio above our garage. It has a key less private entry. Plenty of parking. There is also a balcony that overlooks our backyard that has a pond! We live in the house next door and are there is you need ANYTHING at all or to answer any questions you may have! We live within walking distance to stores and restaurants! There is also a nice park 5 min drive away! This studio is 20 min away from New Era Field and 20 Min drive from the City of Buffalo! Niagara Falls (a MUST SEE) is approximately 40 min drive! The village of East Aurora that is very quaint and has a lot of nice shops and a variety of places to eat is located 18 min away! We look forward to you staying with us!!

Had an absolutely lovely stay at Ryan's place for graduation week!The apartment is not fancy but is immaculate and comfortable. It is well stocked with everything you need and more. Hosts were very easy to communicate with. I had one very minor issue which was handled in a few hours.I'm only sorry I didn't discover this place 4 years ago at the start of our college journey. It would have saved me from a lot of lousy other apartment rentals and expensive hotels.

Clean and cozy. Unit is above the garage. Lots of windows. Balcony. Stairs getting up to the unit were steep. I would visit again

The apartment was very clean ! It was a great space for my husband and I. Great location, highly recommend.

The room was very large, super clean, comfortable bed (standard size), in a lovely neighborhood with stores, restaurants near by. Parking was easy and close to door. A problem coming in was a very steep staircase,to the second floor with narrow risers and cleaning supplies outside the door on a narrow landing. Room was furnished nicely and only problem was one very small closet filled with superfluous clutter that had to be removed before it was usable. Odd heating/cooling system, TV operation, coffee maker and no instructions on how to use them. Kitchenette well stocked with dishes, cooking equipment and some basic food supplies. Lovely view of the backyard with pond and grassy lawn from a deck.
