This property is the perfect choice whether you're here for winter skiing or to enjoy the year round vibrant atmosphere of Queenstown with over 150 cafes and bars.



The Space

A three-bedroom home set over multiple levels, on Queenstown Hill, close to the town centre. The living areas look out to mountain and Lake view.

Bedrooms: Three bedrooms, with mountain and Lake view.

Bathrooms: 2 Full Bathrooms.

Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump and fireplace.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with oven, cooktop, extractor fan, microwave, fridge, kettle.

Balcony: Yes, there is a balcony and a patio with seating.

Bedroom 2: 1 King bed

Bedroom 3: 2 Single Beds

Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after this time will incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee if requested after check-in, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.



Guest Access

Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balcony.

Our property is in Goldfield Heights, close to Queenstown Gardens, the town beach and Queenstown Mall, with central Queenstown just a few minutes' drive away.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: 15 steps to second level; 14 steps to third level

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 6 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
