About this apartment rental
Entire studio apartment overlooking the marina with kitchenette, full refrigerator, full bath and free WiFi. Building has 24/7 security. Room for 4 guests. Convenient location for the ecotourist who will be enjoying the beauty of nature: Bio Bay, Seven Seas, Icacos and El Yunque. Free wifi and Roku TV with my PrimeTV, Disney+ and Peacock streaming accounts loaded for your use.
Las Criobas Park has several restaurants and of course you can fully stock your fridge from the local Walmart to make breakfasts, lunches and snacks. There is a microwave and stove for your use. Kitchenette has cooking utensils and pans. Note: There is construction from the resort next door which can be heard on weekdays. Work is permitted from 7 am till 3 pm. We apologize for any inconvenience. I have discounted rates during the week due to the inconvenience from the construction project.

I am always hesitant to go VRBO style because of previous bad experiences. This was our 1st time to visit PR. Everything from start to finish was seamless. There was construction noise in the am but that was clearly stated in the description upon booking. However, it was not bad and was like an alarm clock for us, as we had adventures planned everyday. We look forward to booking again, Alicia was awesome!

Just arrived home and wanted to write this review. Well, we enjoyed the remote sleepy seaport area. The views were spectacular!!!!
Before I elaborate on our issues. It’s very important to whoever reads this to understand I've never provided a rating. But traveling outside the US it’s important we get the best service from unfamiliar territories and be protected.
We were in the USVI for a couple weeks making our last destination in Fajardo, Puerto Rico before heading home.
So, here’s our experience. First off, their pictures they advertised are very deceiving. The place is very dated and the wooden balcony is completely different from their website. The balcony felt unstable especially from 6 stories up. On site it looks new the one in question is weathered in white paint.
Once, again the view very SPECTACULAR!!!! Over looking the Palomino Island and Isleta Marina was very impressive!!!
So here’s our major issue. We stayed there four days and three nights. Two of those early mornings 7 or 8 am (normal construction times) throughout the day was major construction going on.
Now, we had to record this because it was unbearable to sleep. And as I stated we had been traveling for two weeks and were looking for peace and relaxation which didn’t happen on 3/31/26 & 4/1/26. It would have been appropriate to inform future tenants so we would take action. It really was a damper especially on vacation. Just a few items that were very disturbing.
