Cozy guesthouse apartment with tin roof detached and located behind beautiful 1910 home. It has the perfect location being walking distance from Armature Works,The Riverwalk, Downtown Tampa and Emily Arena. Five minutes from Historical Ybor City, Sparkman Wharf . Less than 10 minutes from Tampa Airport, Midtown, Water Street downtown, International Mall, Hyde Park Village and Raymond James Stadium. Near I-275 for quick access to Busch Gardens. The home is located on a lovely street along the Hillsborough River which is great for sunset walks. You can also rent bicycles or scooters walking distance to ride through the surrounding areas. 30 minutes from the beaches! Everything you need for a comfortable stay is nearby: Sprouts, CVS, Publix…
This unit is located on the second floor with no elevator access through stairs only. The unit has 2 queen beds , pull out sofa full bed and a futon that will sleep one. It can accommodate up to 7 if needed. The bathroom has a Jolie showerhead giving you a filtered water for your shower. There is a one bedroom studio apartment downstairs if you have a larger party and need more space that will be available for rent.
Owner lives on the property and quickly available if needed.

Nice, simple, clean. safe and rustic accommodations. Adequate kitchen supplies.Steps to enter the unit may pose a challenge to older renters, especially with luggage.Would consider visiting again. Access to a washer and dryer would have been a plus.

Really nice place! Maria, the host, was super responsive and helpful with an early check-in. The vrbo is a very cozy property with a touch of homey you can't find everywhere.

Stayed at this adorable cottage like apartment near the University of Tampa for a graduation.. Our family had such a wonderful time inside and outside of this lovely apartment. The hosts were attentive and we enjoyed their company as well.. Hope we can visit in the future.. We Recommend this VRBO 110%.. Enjoy!!

Maria et al were informative and quick to respond to question. Location was outstanding for access to several venues to include the Armature Works and riverwalk. A couple of downsides was the apartment was on the dark side even on a clear sunny day. Another issue for our needs was the mattress and coverings could be improved for a more comfortable experience.
