Open this summer, the Villa de la Conche will offer you calm, comfort at the northern tip of the Ile de Ré, the sunshine in the house is excellent, you will be able to enjoy the comfort of the heated swimming pool less than 800m from the large Conche beach and 150 from the wild coast.
The wild coast will offer you the possibility of fishing trips or walks.
The proximity of the tourist area of the Lighthouse of the Whales will offer you the opportunity to taste the famous ice creams from the MARTINIERE!

We had a fabulous stay at Karine’s property. the house is spotlessly clean, the decor is stunning and the kitchen has everything you would need to make this your home away from home. The pool and outside area are perfect with loungers, and a beautiful shaded area complete with couch and dining table for 8. everything from the bed linen to the comfortable beds exceeded our expectations. The location is a quiet part of the island but the free bus which goes right around the island leaves from the top of the road and it is just adjacent to the bike track where you can cycle 1km to the lighthouse and resturants, 2km in the other direction for the market and shop at St Clement des Balienes or 5m to Ars en Re for more reataurants, bigger market and supermarkets. We loved our time here with our teenage children and their grandparents. 5 stars and highly recommended. We would defintiely stay here again!
