About this house rental
Are you looking for serenity by the seaside, in a modern, spacious and bright holiday home? You've come to the right place! This house, which can accommodate up to four people, is located just 500 metres from the beach. You will be able to enjoy the coast and the Breton air, alternating between relaxation on the beach and local discoveries in the heart of magnificent landscapes.
All the necessary comfort awaits you in this house, plus a beautiful outdoor space. A stone table is ready to welcome you for your summer meals, and the terrace area with sun loungers will be ideal for your moments of calm and tranquillity.
Upon entering the house, you will discover a large living space comprising a lounge area with armchairs, sofa and television. Just after, you will find the dining room with the open-plan and fully equipped kitchen. This includes: an oven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a kettle, a filter coffee maker, a toaster, a dishwasher, as well as all the utensils necessary for cooking.
You will also find the two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x190) and the other equipped with two single beds (90x190). The tour ends with the bathroom and an independent toilet.
For your convenience, a washing machine as well as two parking spaces are at your disposal
Ideally situated for families and close to the sea, the rental is located at:
- 500 m from the "de Kerurus" sandy beach,
- 1 km from the "du Lividic" sandy beach,
- 2 km from the town "Plounéour-Trez",
- 11 km from the supermarket "Hyper Casino Lesneven",
- 35 km from the amusement park "La récré des 3 Curés, Milizac-Guipronvel",
- 37 km from the airport "Brest Guipavas",
- 46 km from the train station "de Brest"
