About this bed and breakfast
This guesthouse is situated on the same property as the owners property residence. The guesthouse has an open concept with a king bed, fully equipped kitchen, walk in shower, laundry. A smart TV to watch your favorite movies. Beautiful view out of the large patio door. Private patio with BBQ. Fire pit to enjoy, beautiful gardens and nature. Short walk to beach on Lake Erie. Short drive to Turkey Point and Long Point beaches. Many mountain bike trails, ziplining, wineries, bird conservatory, and bird watching areas all close by. Door code will be given before arrival. Can arrive at 3pm or anytime after.

My "Solitude" stay at Helene's property was wonderful. Very quiet and private; birds singing and a breeze blowing the giant trees made it magical. The photos don't do justice to this space. It's large, beautiful and new with many modern fixtures & features and few rules. The kitchen is full featured and immaculate. The property is only a few minutes from Turkey Point and not far from Port Dover (and Frisky Beaver Winery is on the way) Walkable to Lake Erie. A basic market (with wine & beer) is close by. Helene's home property is adjacent and beautifully landscaped. Will return!

My wife and I were looking for a trip away from home for a weekend in this area. We landed on this property and couldn't have been happier with our choice. Helene was a great host. The guesthouse and property were exactly a desricbed - beautiful. I cannot recommend this enough if you are a visiting couple on vacation!

Wow. What a property. High-end all around, with high attention to detail. We were impressed with the property, the stay, the details and the communication. Helene is an amazing host and I would not hesitate to stay again.

Helene has made has created a charming atmosphere that provides the most relaxing and comfortable stay that is second to none. This is the cleanest, most fully equipped and inviting place I have ever stayed. I am really looking forward to my next trip to the area so I can stay here again. Thank you Helene for being such a thoughtful and kind hostess.
