While the house says it hosts 12 people, two of the beds are double beds so not great for 12 adults. One of the bathrooms was also missing an overhead light.

We've rented in Watercolor several times now. Rudy's is as per the listing, location is very nice walking to Camp Watercolor, and the shuttle to beach works much better with the new app. Kids loved the upstairs room layouts. Easy communication with the management company before check-in which went smooth.

Overall very clean and in good shape. Great proximity to Camp WaterColor. Great setup for kids rooms upstairs. Would stay here again.

Overall okay but for the price & the neighborhood it needs some maintenance: the dishwasher falling out (of wall at the counter top where it should be attached) when loading, oven is coming off the wall as well, master bath shower won't drain, rusted dirty trash cans in the bathrooms, several light bulbs out in kitchen living room, bed room lamps & downstairs bathroom. Lots of stains on furniture too. Needs a deep clean for sure. Love watercolor but would probably choose a different house next time. Thx.
