About this house rental

UNIT B- Newly constructed and completed December 2024, this townhome offers both space and functionality. The unit has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a garage, and fenced back patio. 2 parking spaces in addition to the garage make parking easy for multiple guests. One feature to note is the large, tiled, walk in shower in the master bathroom. Located in the heart of Broussard offering easy access to all local amenities!
