Cove Creek Overlook was an excellent cabin and a nice little getaway for a couple. The cabin was spotless when we arrived and even survived my wife testing this with white socks on a bare hardwood floor. The hosts were very communicative and responded very quickly the few times I reached out with questions. Listening to the creek down below was great! I will say, however, that you also have to listen to the traffic from Wears Valley Road quite a bit as it is very close by. I also think it is fair to mention that the driveway would be challenging for anything larger than a mid-sized SUV. It's unfortunate to mention this, as it is not something that can be 'fixed', but it is very steep and narrow with a 90-degree turn in the middle and an extra challenge when it's time to come back down.

The cabin was nice and just enough space for my husband and I. It was very clean and tidy. The check in process was very easy. The hot tub was clean and nice to relax in for a minute. I wish there was an easier way to get to the creek. The driveway was a little rough. Backing out of the property wasn't easy with my expedition but we made it work. Overall I liked this property.
