We had our second girls’ trip to Paris this past May 26th (ages 32-68) and we stayed for nine nights. (Our first time visiting was in April 2023.) Our return visit to this VRBO was just as nice as our first!! A grocery store, the metro, a bakery, and several restaurants are all within one block … and Pere Lachaise less than an eight-minute walk. We found this residential neighborhood to be very safe (even at night), very friendly, with lots of eating options.This spacious flat is very well cared for and exceedingly well stocked with all we would need for our stay. The washer and dryer were very easy to understand and use. The AC worked brilliantly during the heat wave we had during our stay … what a blessing!! Our refrigerator stopped working our first morning and after emailing the property manager, it was fixed (or replaced??) by early the next afternoon. The property manager was very prompt with all my emails and also very accommodating!The large TV/family room was ideal for us to cheer on Paris Saint-Germain when they beat Arsenal for the Champions League. Great fun watching that on TV! Several of the young ladies even went outside and celebrated the win with all the jubilant fans. Very friendly and jovial atmosphere … not like the rioting that went on in other areas of Paris.We had a very lovely stay and would absolutely stay here again if we did a third girls’ trip!!

The apartment was perfectly suited to our needs. There were 10 of us and we needed the space to accommodate all of us. The layout of the apartment was perfect. All sleeping quarters were on one side and was shielded from the noise in the common area.

This was a really special place. It was perfect for our family of 11, in a fantastic neighborhood, so close to a metro station, grocery store and bakery. Lots of restaurants nearby also. The apartment was stocked with everything as far as dishes, cutlery and glasses. Having a dishwasher was appreciated. Everything is just as it is pictured and a special bonus was how quiet it was. The owners were great, very accommodating to us when we had a glitch in our travel arrangements. I highly recommend!

We had an incredible experience. Our family of 7 stayed, and the property was outstanding. Excellent location—right next to M2 metro stop, and in short walking distance to shops on Charonne. The hosts were responsive and courteous. It was very kid friendly. For a large group, especially Americans used to having for bathrooms, it was very convenient—multiple showers and toilets in separate rooms. Kitchen and was spacious and well-equipped. Several grocery stores and speciality food stops near by. We cooked 1-2 meals a day. We loved the location and would highly recommend.
