CHAL36 – Individual 5-room chalet of 100m² located in the heart of the village of Arêches, at the foot of the Grand Mont chairlift and 50m from the shops.
Very comfortable chalet with a double living room, open-plan kitchen and a wide south-east facing terrace, near the Poncellamont mountain stream.
1 bedroom with a 140cm bed – 3 bedrooms, each with 2 x 90cm twin beds (duvets) – bathroom – shower room/WC – 1 separate WC.
Facilities: Dishwasher – Washing machine – Oven – Microwave – Wifi – TV – Raclette and fondue sets – Filter coffee maker – Nespresso coffee maker (capsules) – Wood-burning stove. Ski room with boot dryer.
Parking for 2 cars + 1 covered parking space with electric car charging station, on request.
Please note: Pets not allowed – Tourist tax extra according to the current rates – Bed linen and household linen available for rent – Utility charges: €100 extra for winter rentals – A studio is rented year-round on the ground floor.
A security deposit (depending on the size of the accommodation) will be requested upon your arrival.
