This ground floor condo comfortably sleeps four with a queen bed in the master and queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Balcony off the living room overlooks the manicured courtyard grounds. The community pool is heated March and April (subject to temperature). Many new updates to this great condo, located in the heart of Seagrove Beach. Perfect for my wife & I. If you forgot anything, there's a Tom Thumb just next door. And if you're into fine dining, Café 30A is just on the other side of Tom Thumb.If you're athletic, you can walk or ride a bike to just about all the restaurants & shopping plazas, but it is a bit further than other accommodations in the area. My wife & I would consider another stay.

There's was no information about the private beach on both sides of beach access area. It would been Nice to know before booking my trip.
