About this house rental
Beautiful waterfront cottage. Enjoy a peaceful getaway in the great outdoors. Bring your water toys and ATV's in the summer. The trails are right in your front yard. In the winter, Snowmobiling and Ice fishing from your door step. The town center with shopping and restaurants is a 10 minute car drive. Or you can take the ATV or snowmobile trails into town. Mount Katahdin state park is less than an hour north. Bangor is 45 minutes south.
There is an additional rollaway cot that’s perfect for a child or teen. There is also a queen size self-inflating air mattress that can be placed in the living room.

The house was clean and comfortable. The house looks just like the pictures. The house had everything needed for a comfortable visit. Kitchen supplies. bedding and towels. The beds were VERY comfortable. The view was spectacular. There were kayaks and a canoe. We didn't use them but they were there. We did however use the fire pit multiple times. It was perfect. It really was the highlight of our trip. There were fishing poles as well. We went fishing and caught a few fish. It was fun.The host, Shaun, was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions. The lake is beautiful and the area is very quiet and not far from town. It was a great vacation because of the house. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. One bedroom/1 bath downstairs which was great for 86 year old mom. We would definitely stay there again. It was wonderful. Thank you Shaun for allowing us to stay there.

Shawn was great to rent from! All amenities are there! House was very modern, clean, roomy and had everything you could think of! No leaf was left unturned ! Great property and the lake is even better! Can't wait to go back!!

Home is very clean and nicely decorated. It was a peaceful and quiet place to spend time relaxing. Snowmobile trails across the road and ice fishing right out the back door. Host was great, responding quickly to questions and very friendly. I would highly recommend this property.
