The property was nice and clean with a carport to park under. I appreciated the kitchen had all the cookware for what we needed to cook full meals. The neighborhood was peaceful. There was a musty odor that lingered inside the house and the technology/tv options were out of date. The park that was down the street was also very run down and the boat access was down the street. The pictures appeared like the property was river front. The property was across the street with a house on the other side mostly blocking the view of the river. The excellent communication with the host was helpful in our last minute booking. Overall we had a nice stay.

Unfamiliar with the area but needed to find a place to stay for a weekend work/play trip in NE Houston. We were able to book with very short notice. More than enough space for the two of us and the house was spotless. The front of the house is french doors and lots of windows that face the lake and the lakefront houses. The porch is great with wrought iron patio set. Enjoyed sitting out there listening to the frogs! Close to the Atascosita golf course too. Very nice experience.

There was land clearing being done next to the house I’m sure if that what was causing the house to have roaches and no not water roaches actually the small house infestation roaches the house was clean but could have been aired out before having arrived it was musky the neighbors are friendly.
