About this house rental
The newly remodeled rambler is nestled in a quaint neighborhood away from hustle and bustle, but is conveniently located just minutes from both I5 and SR 167 which will take you 10 minutes to Downtown Tacoma and other major neighboring cities. The home has 3 bedrooms, three bathrooms, an office that could double as a game room and a large mudroom with a washer and dryer. The oversized kitchen hosts a 36" gas range, oversized island with French doors that look out over a beautiful landscaped yard. The formal dining room has a gas fireplace and a 14 person table right off of the kitchen. The back yard is fully fenced and very private with lots of greenery.

The kitchen was perfect, it is obvious that a lot of care has gone into this property, with investment in high end appliances and convenience. The backyard looks perfect for entertaining, and the neighborhood was beautiful, yet quiet. A great stay!
