Oceanfront Condo - vacation in style in the updated condo with an outdoor pool at Fountainhead Towers on 116th St.! Stay beach front at this sunny condo in uptown Ocean City! Enjoy the breathtaking view of the ocean through the large windows and easy beach access just steps away. This condo has many recent updates including stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. You can enjoy beautiful sunrises from an oversized oceanfront balcony on the east side of this condo or relax watching gorgeous sunsets on the west facing balcony and enjoy the view of the bay and the town. The spacious layout includes conveniences such as an high-speed internet, Wi-Fi, a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer. This condo has one true bedroom with a Queen-sized bed. This is a true 1-bedroom condo but the dining room also has been converted to a second bedroom with accordion type doors (see pics) which you can close or leave open, this room has another Queen bed. Situated on the 12th floor of Fountainhead Towers, this condo provides a sense of exclusivity and privacy, while still being just steps away from the beach. The condo is located on the 12th floor and there is an elevator in the building. Take a dip in the refreshing pool or explore the many nearby restaurants and activities such as Alley Oops or the original Greene Turtle!
Located at 116th Street and Coastal Highway, you'll find the quieter side of Ocean City with tons of entertainment nearby. Fountainhead Towers has a long list of amenities including an outdoor heated pool, courtyard, tennis court, pickle ball courts, off-street registered parking, elevators, gas grill which can be rented through the building, outdoor shower and two electric vehicle charging stations.
Property rents any 3 nights. Guests must provide their own sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. $60.00 (Cash) or $62 (Credit Card) non-refundable building registration fee due upon arrival to Fountainhead Towers. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Non-smoking Non-Vaping . No pets, please.

The perfect getaway spot! Easy parking and check-in. Lovely condo with comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, beach side and bay side balconies, plenty of room to sit in the living areas and on the balconies. Beautiful pool deck, easy beach access, and close to plenty of shops, activities, and restaurants. A favorite spot to stay in OC for sure!

Property was perfect! Exactly like the photos! Great location, great to have the extra bedroom. Huge balcony! Washer and dryer were lovely to have as well. Would love to stay here again.
