Very communicative host (checked in to see if we needed anything!), property location was so convenient for all the central Paris activities. Clean and felt very safe! Highly recommend.

Clean and modern apartment in a great location close to the centre, with lots of restaurants nearby. Excellent communication with the owner and smooth check-in process. The apartment was well-equipped and was exactly as it appeared in the photos and as described.

First the positives:Great location; very central, close to Metro stations on several different lines. 10 min walk to Chatelet Les Halles for RER to Disneyland. Lots of restaurants & bars nearby. Recommend Paolina Cafe opposite for freshly baked croissants and coffee. Hosts were responsive, door access was easy via keycodes. Apartment was clean. No hidden charges like other rentals in Paris that charge 'late' check-in fees of upto 100 euros for check-in after 7pm, or outrageous damage deposits of 800!The cons: Disagree with the other 10/10 ratings as there are definite downsides. Apartment is very small. Yes this is Paris, so one expects 'petit'. However fine for 2 people, but not suitable for 4. When the sofa-bed in the living room is open, there is no space to walk around. You have to climb over the bed to reach the kitchen area. Beware of the small print. It is 'refundable' but they do not offer full cancellation within 24 hours of booking like most other apts or bnbs. I requested to cancel within one hour of booking (as we found a bigger apartment nearby for less money) and was told I would only get 50% money back. Their '0% cancellation rate' claim is gamed. In the bathroom there is a big boiler cupboard next to the toilet, on which I bashed my head & shoulder several times whilst using the loo. Annoying if you are tall like I am. Sofabed was stained. Freezer door would not close so freezer was iced over and unusable. We informed the hosts. Max rating 6/10
