Welcome to Avon View, a stunning and unique villa nestled on the edge of the New Forest, just 8 miles from Bournemouth Beach. This luxurious retreat offers the perfect blend of relaxation, adventure, and privacy—set within 1.5 acres of gated grounds with breathtaking Avon Valley views and no immediate neighbors.

• Two family suites (top floor) – Featuring vaulted ceilings, king-size beds, and pull-out beds, plus spacious ensuite bathrooms.
• Two stylish bedrooms (ground floor) – One with a king-size bed, the other with two single beds & a dedicated workspace. These rooms share a chic bathroom with a large bathtub—perfect for unwinding.
Annex
• One bedroom suite (ground-floor) – Featuring a king-size bed, plus ensuite bathrooms with direct access to the Terrace
• One bedroom (ground-floor) - Featuring a king-size bed, plus ensuite bathrooms next door to ground floor bathroom
• One bedroom (top-floor) - Featuring two singles beds
The heart of the home is the open-plan kitchen and living area, complete with granite countertops, a large dining space, and a stunning fireplace. The adjoining heated conservatory is the ideal spot for relaxing with a book or enjoying a glass of wine while taking in the scenery.

We had an excellent stay at Avon view, 18 of us 10 adults and 8 kids. The house is very spacious and so many different activities to do the kids were on the go every day! The tennis court, swimming pool and snooker table was a hit with everyone. The outside dining area with barbecue and open fire was used every night and was brilliant. All in all we had a great 3 nights at the house and would defo recommend! Thanks to Timo and Alena they were always on hand if we needed them.

We had a fantastic stay at this property with a group of 14 adults. The house was very well equipped, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and socialise comfortably. The games room and hot tub were particular highlights.Great comms from the host but a special mention must go to Temo, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and went above and beyond whenever we had any questions or needed assistance.The only slight downside for us was that the tennis court wasn't quite in the condition we had hoped for. The fence could be higher at the service ends (we lost a lot of balls!) and tree roots are starting to lift the court in a couple of places. Not a major issue and we still played loads of tennis. It is also close to the dual carriageway so there is road noise and not ideal for walks from the house. But only a short drive to the beautiful New Forest.In summary we would happily return and would certainly recommend it to others looking for a spacious and well-equipped getaway.

Had an amazing time celebrating my birthday, with 18 people ranging from 5-82 it was important there was enough space and activities and it didn’t disappoint, we barely saw the kids for 3 days but they didn’t stop all day, crashed overnight then started again the next morning. Happy kids equal happy adults so was a perfect break!

Our family of 9 stayed at Avon View for 3 nights. We where in communication with Timo the home owner 3 days before our arrival and his communication was very thorough. He sent us all the relevtn information we requested and pinned locations for us to find our destination easier. Timo was waiting when we arrived and was very welcoming. We had a few minor issues which we sorted out within minutes. The house was warm and welcoming and very clean. The games room was a great bonus which the children and adults enjoyed. There is a little walk to the view point which is beautiful. Timo gave us information on what to do around the area which was very helpful too. All in all it was very pleasant stay.
