This custom-built sanctuary offers 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, with 3 King Master Suites, 3 balconies, an awesome custom-built Bunk Room, private (heatable**) pool and even a Ping Pong Table and a Rally Roar Homecourt Hoops! The second floor is open and inviting, with a spacious Dining, Kitchen and Living Room area, perfect for entertaining the whole family. Also, you'll find two (2) balconies with plenty of seating, the perfect place to drink your morning coffee or evening glass of wine.
The Kitchen is fully-appointed and complete with stainless steel premium appliances, sure to appease even the most discriminating home chef. Its premium stainless steel appliances perfectly accent the stunning White Quartz Marble countertops and large, open gas range. Plenty of cookware and a spacious pantry makes meal time easy! The 2 King Master Suites each have a private ensuite with walk-in showers and access to the shared (or private) balcony, while the Junior King Master Suite has a private bath with a shower/tub combo. Finally, on the top floor, you'll find the Bunk Room, the perfect place for the kid's to hang out, complete with two (2) sets of custom-built Queen-over-Queen Bunk Beds and a huge sectional. Great property close to the beach. Had some trouble with the smoke alarms going off two nights in a row. No smoke so not sure why. The property was great and would highly recommend.

The property was as listed. Great location. Very clean apart from the pool area. Was very dusty and had a broken chair. But it’s was exposed to the elements to be fair. We needed the pool heated and found the cost of that unnecessary

This is a very nice home. However, dealing with the rental company was less than optimal. ( I felt like the messages may have been AI generated.) Before our trip, I asked to have the pool heated. It took 3 days to talk to someone from Beachwalk. She was not helpful, & told me the pool heat was seasonal and the last day to heat the pool was the day bf we arrived. I wanted to pay to have it heated since I rented it specifically because it said you can pay to have it heated. Finally she disclosed the heater was broken. The pool was icy cold and the grandkids could not use it. A big disappointment. A bigger disappointment was the beach access. The house is advertised with a min. walk to the beach access. However, what was never disclosed was the beach access is blocked by the inland lake outfall. So, to get to the beach you have to walk through the lake. It is wide and thigh deep. We had to haul tents, toys,coolers,chairs etc. through the brown stinky water. When I messaged the rental company, they were unapologetic and said another access was 1.5 miles away. Again, we rented the house because of the supposed 1 min. walk to the beach never expecting to have to walk through a lake with babies, small children,etc.! And then the fire alarm would go off when we used the stove. They never came to fix it. Lastly, the third floor never cooled below 74. By afternoon & evening, it was quite warm. The rental company response was cavalier and unhelpful. Nice house, rental co. awful!!!
