Situated in the centre of Cannes, this lovely 2 bedroom, first floor apartment is ideally located in a contemporary gated community. The Palais des Festivals et des Congress, the Boulevard de La Croisette, Rue D'Antibes (the main shopping street) , and the Railway Station with its major bus interchange are only minutes walk away. Residence Le Ponant is a new build and has been finished to a high standard. Parking is available in an underground parking space within the gated apartment complex. There is a swimming pool in the grounds. This 64sq m quality apartment is fitted to a high standard, and contains a fully fitted Neff kitchen for self-catering including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The apartment can sleep up to four people comfortably. The apartment has two sunny terraces totaling a further 22sq m. It also has air conditioning and central heating through out, with wall-mounted digital TV and wired broadband. This lovely condo in Cannes was perfect for my needs as a solo traveller. Highly secure and a 12-minute walk to the Croisette and Le Palais. I was writing about the films at the Festival, so I wanted to be close enough to walk there easily. The fact that this apartment has a washer and a dryer was a key reason for renting it as well. (Yay!)The property manager is wonderful and responds quickly to any questions or concerns (such as how to operate various appliances -- questions a North American would ask, as ours operate somewhat differently). The condo was spotless on my arrival and I did my best to maintain it appropriately. The pool wasn't operating while I was there but I was far too busy with the Festival even to think about lolling around.The pantry has basic supplies (olive oil, salt and pepper, plastic wrap, etc.) and basic cleaning supplies are also there if you need to use them.Thanks to the owner for responding to my pre-stay queries, again promptly and thoughtfully.

The flat was well equipped and clean, in a nice neighbourhood. Pharmacy, supermarket, boulangerie in walking distance. Not far from the sea front and high street.Corinne was nice and efficient.Well fitted kitchen, two twin rooms, large balconies.

The apartment looks brighter than it acctually was and the outside area is over a road junction which wasnt a main rd but still noisey. Supermarket is lical which was giid but the local area isnt great
